We are delighted to open the doors to the Trivet journal. Here you will find seasonal notes from the kitchen, stories from the cellar, and the occasional dispatch from the bar.

Expect dishes built on top-quality ingredients, wines chosen by our Master Sommelier, and the warm, unhurried welcome that defines an evening with us.
