Trivet is the restaurant of chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal — two friends who met cooking and pouring at the top of their craft, and set out to do it their own way.

The idea

Both Jonny and Isa wanted Trivet to bring a fresh approach to quality dining. The result is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere — somewhere you can have fun and explore expertly created food and drink combinations, all made with top-quality ingredients and executed with exceptional culinary skill.

Across the Kitchen, Cellar, Bar and Terrace, food and wine are treated as equal partners — each menu built to be enjoyed alongside the other.

Jonny spent years in the kitchens of some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants before opening Trivet. His cooking draws on that experience without being bound by it — precise, generous and rooted in the best produce available.

Isa, one of only a few hundred Master Sommeliers in the world, built the Trivet Cellar into one of the most thoughtful wine lists in London. Together they shape every detail of a meal here, from the first pour to the last bite.
